Had a very positive experience with Jaben during my purchase of the Focal Bathys. The pre, during, and post sales experience was a delight. I received prompt response for my initial enquiry during the weekends (beyond their online operation) and headed to their store on 21 October 2023. They were very accommodating during my stay and patient in addressing my enquires as a layman. Upon purchase, I wrote my email for them to forward my invoice and didn't receive it immediately. I then contacted them on two different channels (was in a hurry to file for expenses) - only did I discover that I had initially provided them an incomplete email which they had no means of sending to me. They explained to me and quickly sent me my invoice on both channels. Very happy with my purchase so far which was made possible and worthwhile by Jaben and I highly recommend you to check out their store for your audio needs.

Many thanks to the team at Jaben again for another fantastic deal. They manage to deliver it within 2 hours to me as I want it ASAP! Haha Been awhile since I last bought from them though I have been a customer for more than a decade maybe even two.. when jaben do come through on the deal you want, they are indeed the best singapore can have.. as always, a very pleasant and happy transaction with you guys.. thank you once again...

It was almost 10 years ago that I spent an entire afternoon trying auditioning headphones before I landed on a unit that I was satisfied - such utter patience and generosity shown to a young fledgling that was me 🙇 Fast forward to today, I had paid a visit to seek out replacements and/or upgrades for my audio setup (specs for nerds: L500MK2, DT1350, DT770). The questions were not easy, but Uncle Wilson and team were on deck to help, and they answered all of them with precision, insight, and big smiles all around 🙂 PS: I reckon that with their knowledge and experience, I should be paying them a consultation fee just to tap into all of that! I'm glad that JABEN has been around all this time - It has arguably been a cornerstone of Singapore's audiophile community, and I hope that it'll be around for a long, long time in the future. Asked their staff questions via telegram and it was answered promptly. Proceeded to help me put in my order and arrange for delivery. Ordered a HD800s and it arrived in good order and it was an enjoyable purchase. Recommend this shop as they have good value for the products.

Great experience there served by the knowledgeable Mr Wilson who recommended me, a beginner in the area of DAP and IEM, a good set to start off my hobby. He patiently educated me on the features of different IEMs and let me auditioned until I find the one I liked. And he offered me a price package I can't refuse. Highly recommended.
